What does a urologist do?
Urologists evaluate and treat conditions of the urinary tract (kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra) in patients of all genders, and conditions of the male reproductive system. Common reasons people see a urologist: blood in the urine, recurrent urinary tract infections, kidney stones, urinary incontinence, prostate problems (benign enlargement or screening for prostate cancer), and bladder cancer screening.

When to see a urologist
